At this time, Thriving in Grace Therapy Services, PLLC operates as a private-pay practice. This allows me to provide personalized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies. I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Yes. Because my professional license is issued by the state of Texas, I am only able to see clients who are physically located in Texas during their sessions.
The first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, gathering relevant history, and discussing goals for treatment. Together, we will create a plan tailored to your needs.
Most individual therapy sessions last 50–60 minutes. Session length may vary depending on the service provided
Yes. Currently, for therapy services, all appointments are only available by telehealth services. Other services offered can be scheduled at public settings such as facilities, churches, etc.

Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic process. Information shared in therapy is protected except in situations where disclosure is required by law, such as concerns regarding safety, abuse, or court orders.
