At Thriving in Grace Therapy Services, PLLC, I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment, pressure, or the expectation of having everything figured out.
Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I recognize that reaching out for support can be difficult, and I honor the courage it takes to begin the therapeutic process.
As your therapist, I show up with compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and grace. I take the time to understand your unique story, experiences, strengths, and challenges. Rather than focusing solely on what's wrong, I help you recognize what's already within you while building the tools needed to navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and resilience.
I believe healing happens through connection. Our work together is collaborative, meaning we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while working toward the goals that matter most in your life.
You don't have to be perfect to begin. You don't have to have all the answers. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can release what is weighing you down, embrace who you are, and discover new ways to thrive through growth, healing, and grace.

Therapy is more than my profession—it's something I deeply value on a personal level.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Memphis and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations across different settings, helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate personal growth, life transitions, emotional challenges, and healing.
My education, professional experience, and passion for helping others allow me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while meeting each client where they are in their journey.
As a person who has experienced many of life's transitions, I understand how challenging change, uncertainty, and life's unexpected difficulties can be. Those experiences have shown me the importance of having someone in your corner—someone who listens, supports, and helps you navigate the road ahead.
My personal journey has strengthened my belief in the power of therapy and inspired me to create Thriving in Grace Therapy Services, PLLC—a place where people can feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work through life's challenges.

When I'm not supporting clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, creating memories and enjoying life's simple moments.
I'm actively involved in my church and passionate about serving my community through nonprofit work. These experiences continue to shape my belief in the power of connection, compassion, and grace.
In my free time, I enjoy catching up on true crime documentaries, reality tv and finding opportunities to relax and recharge. At the heart of it all, I strive to create a life filled with purpose, balance, and grace—the same values I bring into my work with clients every day.
